DIY Jewelry Making, Knitty Gritty, the Carol Duvall Show and Uncommon Threads

DIY Jewelry Making is a new cable television show that provides endless ideas, designs, materials and techniques for jewelry that you
can make yourself. Jewelry is a wonderful way to demonstrate self-expression and create your own unique fashion statement. It is
also a great way to make your own very personal gifts.

Maria has taped eight episodes on the new "Jewelry Making" show. And she is the only guest who has appeared on all the seasons.
Maria stated that it was a tremendous honor to be a guest on this show and work with the wonderful people at "Homerun
Entertainment."

DIY Jewelry Making - Season Two

Episode DMJK209 -- Maria shows you how to
make an embellished polymer clay pendant that
showcases special family mementos. A special
photo of a loved one is encased in Kato Liquid
Medium. Then to complete the project, take old
pieces of family jewelry and convert them into
dangles to create a special family piece. In this
episode, Maria overviews the use of Kato Liquid
Medium on Epson Photo Quality Ink Jet Paper
#S041062 Matte Finish photo paper. Using any
other type of photo paper will not give the same
results. Additionally, you can use Donna Katos
new clay stickers to accent this piece, as well as

DIY Jewelry Making - Season One

Episode DMJK101 -- Using a variety of canes,
create a necklace inspired by the leis of the
Hawaiian Islands. Maria shows you how to make
a Polynesian inspired necklace. In this episode,
learn how to make a jelly roll, a floral cane and a

necklace inspired by the Chinese Knotting
techniques. Maria shows you how to make a
Good Luck Knot necklace. In this episode, learn

techniques, using jacquard pigments, and how to

Maria Del Pinto uses a beading loom to weave a bead-embellished watchband from silk ribbon and matching silk yarn. Created by
weaving the silk ribbon through cotton warp threads, this band is a great beginner project.
Knitty Gritty Episode: Fibonacci
Tank Top

This top was designed for the Knitty Gritty
show. The top is knit from a combination of
yarns and accented at the neckline and hem
with beads.
